Article 1 – Validation and Acceptance

Article 2 – Prices
Prices are quoted in euros all taxes included ; packaging costs, excise duties (specific alcohol tax), and VAT are therefore included. However, transport costs are not included. They are indicated before the conclusion of the contract in the order summary.

Article 3 – Authorized quantities
A not professional customer won’t be able to order more than 10 liters of alcohol in a single one.

Article 5 – Property and property transfer

Article 8 – Delivery

Article 9 – Delivery place / Pick-Up
Deliveries outside mainland metropolitan France of products subject to specific alcohol taxes (Excise) are not possible due to the operating regime granted to us by French customs. As such, the delivery addresses must be in France but cannot be in Andorra, Monaco, or in the French overseas departments and territories.
Article 10 – Shipping, transport costs
Shipping and transport costs are not included in the prices of the products and are therefore to be added to the cumulative amounts of the products. These costs are based on the total mass of each order and depend on the mode of transport chosen, the desired delivery time and in some cases, the geographical area of the place of delivery.
Article 11 – Payment
Only one payment method is authorized per order. Payments should always be made in euros.
Payment for your purchases is made using one of the following four methods:

or refuse the package (s) in full, giving reasons for your refusal in writing on the transport document or on the acknowledgment of receipt.
In all cases (acceptance, partial acceptance, or refusal), you must keep the Brasserie Saint Germain SAS informed of the good reception, or not, of the package (s). You will not be able to claim any compensation, credit, reimbursement, if any reservations are not made immediately upon receipt of the package (s) and duly notified either to the carrier or to the postman.
Article 15 – Return, “satisfied or refunded”, deadlines and costs
We do our best to ensure that our products give you complete satisfaction. In addition to the right of withdrawal, Brasserie Saint Germain SAS provides its customers with the commercial guarantee : “Satisfied or Reimbursed”.
The customer, if not satisfied with the products ordered, has a period of seven (7) additional days following the statutory withdrawal period of fourteen (14) clear days to return the order. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, not consumed. If the product has been used in any way, we will not be able to take it back and will send the product back to you.

Article 16 – Return, “satisfied or refunded”, authorization
Upon request by email, a return authorization will be issued to you. Your request for authorization can only relate to one or more products of a single order at a time. Returns are to be made exclusively to Brasserie Saint Germain SAS. The products must be in their original condition, dry, clean, complete and accompanied by a copy of the return authorization.
Article 17 – Return, « satisfied or refunded », contentious

Article 23 – Intellectual property
