In the great Christmas tradition, this beer is brewed solely for the end of year festivities using a selection of roasted malts. This ample, rounded and well-balanced beer is just right for enjoying with friends in the middle of winter.

A very pleasant accompaniment for game and our regional dishes such as coq à la bière and veal kidneys.
Bottled in traditional bottles with a swing stopper. This format allows the beer to be kept when it hasn't all been drunk.
