Hildegarde amber beer
Glod medal 2007 - 2009
Silver Medal 2010
Characteristics:
A traditional amber beer brewed with roasted malts produced in French Flanders. Its aromas reveal generous, toasty notes, without reducing its fine bitterness.
Enjoy:
As an aperitif for those who prefer an amber beer. It marries perfectly with rabbit with prunes or a Flemish beer stew. It reveals all the subtleties of its aromas when drunk with an extra mature Mimolette or a farm produced Maroilles.
Bottled in traditional bottles with a swing stopper. This format allows the beer to be kept when it hasn’t all been drunk.

This is a powerful and rounded beer, and the speciality beer par excellence. Both refreshing and strong, with a complexity of flavour that will delight lovers of traditional speciality beers. It is distinctly golden in colour with fresh and floral aromas. A fruity finish which ends in the mouth with a hint of tartness.
